Advanced Software Development is a Software Development House and a Digital Information Service provider. We are providing online Media Monitoring service to clients with success since 2004. We archive news, information and resources published in dailies, periodicals and in electronic media and provide the category-based news clippings service as per clients’ requirement.

Responsibility:
Ø Manage a team to deliver the archive deliveries to clients on time.
Ø Execute & Monitor progress against planned delivery schedule to clients.
Ø Identify the need of the clients and ensure the service delivery accordingly.
Ø Maintain regular communication with the clients with the help of Line Manager.
Ø Provide required documents to Line Manager whenever necessary.
Ø Monitor the quality and standard of news summary and analytical reports and documentation for the clients. Provide weekly & monthly status reports to Line Manager about team’s activities.
Ø Arrange meeting between team and Line Manager every month regarding team’s work progress and member’s performance.
Ø Arrange the training schedule for the team & individual.

Education:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in related field, a Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience
Ø 2 to 3 years
Ø Applicants should have experience in the following industries:
Ø IT Enabled Service / PR agency / Media Monitoring Service / Client Services Coordination.
